The journey begins with malting, where we soak, germinate, and dry the grains to release their natural sugars.During mashing, we crush the grains and mix them with hot water to convert starches into fermentable sugars. This process creates a thick, sweet liquid called wort, which we boil and hop to shape the beer’s character.
Fermentation follows, as yeast transforms the wort into beer while producing alcohol, carbon dioxide, and complex flavors. Next, we allow the beer to mature while we refine and enhance its flavor. We then filter and bottle the beer to ensure clarity and freshness before it reaches your glass.
